What counts as a "hiring seat"?

A hiring seat is a member with an Org Admin or Staffing role — the people who drive hiring day to day. Interviewers are free up to your plan limit. You only pay for the seats that book candidates, write scorecards, or manage pipelines.

How does AI Copilot billing work?

Every account starts with 300 free credits. Starter and Growth plans then top your organization up automatically every month — 1,000 credits per hiring seat on Starter, 2,500 per hiring seat on Growth — pooled at the org level so anyone with credit permissions can spend them. Monthly credits are spent before any pack credits you buy, so top-ups always last. Unused monthly credits expire at the start of the next month; purchased pack credits never expire. Add a hiring seat mid-month and you receive a prorated grant for the rest of the cycle.

Do unused AI credits roll over to the next month?

No. The monthly allowance refreshes at the start of every calendar month — unused monthly credits expire and are replaced by the new allowance. Pack credits you buy separately never expire, and they roll over forever.

Is my subscription billed per hiring seat or per person?

Per hiring seat. Interviewers are free up to your plan cap — they can conduct interviews, rate answers, and view templates without adding to your bill. Only Org Admins and Staffing members count as hiring seats.

Can I switch plans or cancel mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and any cost difference is pro-rated on your next invoice. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep full access until then.

How does Scale pricing work?

Scale is negotiated annually and includes unlimited interviewer seats, custom RBAC roles, a custom domain for your careers page, and white-label branding. Contact us to get a quote tailored to your team size and requirements.

Which plans include offer letters?

Offer letters are available on Growth and Scale. Each offer goes through a built-in approval step before it is sent to the candidate — no separate workflow tool needed.

What is the audit log and which plans include it?

The audit log records every action taken in your organization — who changed what and when. It is available on Growth (1-year retention) and Scale (1-year retention plus CSV export). Free and Starter plans do not include the audit log.

Are feedback forms available on all plans?

Yes. Feedback forms are available on every plan, including Free. They let interviewers submit structured feedback after an interview without needing access to scorecards or the full pipeline.

Which plan do I need for custom branding?

Custom branding — removing Intervy's logo from your careers page and adding your own — is a Scale feature. Growth lets you customize the content of your careers page (hero text, about section, privacy note), but white-label branding requires Scale.
