Overview
All purchases of AI credits on Intervy are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Nature of Digital Goods
AI credits are consumable digital goods that are immediately available upon purchase. Once credits are added to your account, the digital content delivery is considered complete.
Pre-Purchase Consent
Before completing any purchase, you are required to explicitly acknowledge that all sales are final by checking a consent box. This consent confirms your understanding that you are waiving your right to a refund upon delivery of the digital content.
Non-Transferability
AI credits are non-transferable. Credits cannot be moved between accounts, gifted, sold, or exchanged.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges resulting from technical errors
- Credits not delivered due to a system failure
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)

EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Directive 2019/770 regarding digital content, consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period. However, by explicitly consenting before purchase that the digital content delivery begins immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this withdrawal right once the credits are delivered to your account.
