Introduction

Welcome to Intervy. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

"Intervy" refers to the service operated at intervy.ai and the accompanying desktop application, including all features, tools, and content provided through these platforms.

Service Description

Intervy is an interview management tool designed to help teams conduct structured, effective interviews. The platform provides a comprehensive set of features to streamline the hiring process.

Key features include:

• Question banks for organizing and reusing interview questions
• Interview templates for standardized evaluation processes
• Live interview mode with real-time note-taking and scoring
• Candidate scoring and evaluation tools
• AI-powered interview assistance for generating questions, summaries, and feedback

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time as we continue to improve the platform.

Account & Authentication

Users authenticate through third-party OAuth providers, including Google, GitHub, and Microsoft. By signing in, you authorize us to access the basic profile information provided by these services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The desktop application can be used without an account for local-only features. Creating an account is only required to access cloud-based functionality such as AI features and data synchronization.

AI Credits & Payments

Certain AI-powered features require credits to use. Credits are deducted based on the number of AI actions performed. A single interaction may generate multiple actions, each consuming one credit.

Credits are purchased through Stripe, our payment processor. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are denominated in Euros (EUR). The number of credits received per purchase is clearly stated before you complete the transaction.

Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account. They cannot be exchanged, gifted, or moved to another account. Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for cause.

Upon creating an account, you may receive a limited number of complimentary credits. Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits — they are non-transferable, non-refundable, and limited to one grant per email address.

No Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Because credits are consumable digital goods that can be used immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and consent to this no-refund policy and waive any right to a cooling-off period to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AI-Generated Content

AI features within Intervy are powered by third-party providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic. These services generate content based on your input and the context of your interviews.

AI-generated content is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output and making your own hiring decisions based on your professional judgment.

Users who choose to use the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) option connect directly to AI providers using their own API keys. In this case, your usage is additionally governed by the respective provider's terms of service and usage policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Intervy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Abuse AI features by submitting harmful, misleading, or malicious content
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit requirements
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Intervy, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for the content you upload to the platform, including interview questions, candidate information, and evaluation notes.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your interview data, questions, templates, and any content you create within the platform. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Intervy retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including the software, design, branding, and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

Ownership of AI-generated content follows the terms and policies of the respective AI provider used to generate it. We make no claims of ownership over AI-generated output.

Limitation of Liability

Intervy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination for cause, any unused credits in your account are forfeited.

We may discontinue the service or any part of it at any time with at least thirty (30) days prior notice. In the event of a full service discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will provide notice via email or through an in-app notification.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
